Friday School Day Traditionally, Friday is "school day" when the local school children come out to the park.  They have a full day of learning about many aspects of the War Between the States that are not necessarily covered in history books.  The children were treated to a Field Hospital demonstration, Women's roles, Infantry, music and fashions, and their favorite, shooting of the canons.  Both local television crews were there for the story.
